Outside the British Museum...

...I saw a cool roof...

...met Voldemort's Grandma...

...lots of mummies...

...a shriveled old man (named Lindo) found out in a bog...

...a super fancy leaf crown that I really wanted, but probably couldn't afford...

...the new Olympic medals for the upcoming 2012 summer Olympics...

...a fancy glass skull...

...a fancy skeleton riding atop a grasshopper....?

...and Easter Island head- super cool in real life...

...the freaking Rosetta Stone!!!...

...more Egypt stuff...

Overall the museum was really amazing and HUGE! We spent 2 1/2 hours there and still didn't get to see everything. Luckily, like most of the museums in London, it was free so I can go back another time and see all the stuff I missed. I love going to museums here in London, because America doesn't have anything like them. They have so much history and age to everything. America has some old stuff, but things in this museum were older than America itself. I can't even explain what it feels like to look at something that's thousands of years old. A lot of us were saying that we usually don't believe that they're even real, because it's just so weird. And the museum has THOUSANDS of things to look at, all that are priceless. It was a pretty overwhelming museum.
